To my delight, the hotel exceeded my expectations, indulging me with thoughtful gestures like a seamless check-out adjustment due to my flight schedule, without extra charges.The spa's skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience, although I wished the pool area were slightly larger. The friendly reception staff, particularly Mr Ali Riza, ensured a smooth stay, even arranging timely taxi services. The vicinity's culinary delights and the convenience of a tram stop nearby added to my contentment.In essence, my stay was a seamless fusion of comfort, cultural immersion, and warm hospitality.
